- Save the date: Annual POA picnic at the park is June 7th at noon
- Maintenance update: Front entrance landscaping spruce up, culvert work, paving, emergency exit maintenance, and replacement of aging signs
- Sewer fee invoices: Expect a delay due to a rate audit by the WV Public Service Commission. The utility expects a rate increase.
- New neighbors: Please ask them to connect with the Board of Directors and welcome them!
- POA Board of Directors. Brad Davis is relocating, creating a vacancy to be filled via an appointment; Two vacancies for expiring terms to be filled by election at the November Annual Meeting.
