SUMMARY
The Cacapon South POA Board of Directors hosts an annual meeting for members and meets as a board generally every other month. POA members are asked to share concerns with the board in a timely way via e-mail at directors@cacaponsouthpoa.com when they have a topic to bring to the board’s attention.

REMEMBER: Bring your proxy that you received by email, which has your ballot for the Board of Directors election. If you cannot attend, submit your proxy to the POA President by the November 5, 2026, deadline to have your vote counted. It can be scanned and emailed, mailed by postal mail, or delivered in person. Your proxy also helps assure that we have the quorum needed to conduct business at our annual meeting.
