The Bear is Back (August 19, 2014) — It appears that a bear has returned to our community. This picture was taken this morning. It is the time of year when bears are looking to prepare themselves for winter so be on the lookout. So far, bears have only damaged bird feeders and attacked trash cans in Cacapon South.
