The Cacapon South POA has an annual member meeting each fall. This page shows the schedule for the upcoming meetings and explains how minutes are shared.
The POA board also has regular meetings and is transparent about its business by publishing meeting minutes to members upon request. Those members who wish to get a matter of concern on the agenda should review the governing documents policy regarding board meetings and contact the Board directly with concerns.
Members picnic >
Volunteers with the POA have arranged for an annual member picnic each year at the Cacapon Resort State Park, a pot-luck affair for all community members generally held in early June.
