SUMMARY
The Cacapon South Public Utility is responsible for water and sewer maintenance.  It is regulated by the WV Public Service Commission, which sets the rates charged for residential services.  This page describes roles and responsibilities for POA members and the utility.


Learn all about the Cacapon South Public Utility…The community uses a state of the art water treatment facility that relies on septic tanks placed in the yards of homes.  Most tanks will need to be pumped once every three to seven years.  The Utility does an annual inspection and alerts residents if there is a need for maintenance.
