2021 Annual Meeting Update
(September 15, 2021) – The Cacapon South Property Owners Association (POA) annual meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 6th via Zoom. Zoom access information has been distributed to all property owners via e-mail. Please contact the board at firstname.lastname@example.org if you didn’t receive it or need the information sent again.
All property owners are encouraged to attend.
Anticipated agenda items include the annual financial report, board report on maintenance and improvements carried out throughout the year, board nominee introductions, and general discussion of issues relative to community interest. Anticipated voting includes the continuation of the annual Road Fee. Property owners may designate proxies by informing the board at email@example.com or in writing. If in writing, proxies should bring written notices to the meeting.
Board members are needed! There are four open elected seats on the POA board and property owners are encouraged to nominate themselves or others. Go to Governance > Elections on this website for election information and nomination forms. Nominations must be received 24 hours prior to the meeting and nominees will have the opportunity to introduce themselves. Voting takes place by confidential ballot in early 2022.
