Annual POA and Special Covenants Meetings Announced
(September 16, 2022) – In August, the Board of Directors (BOD) of our Property Association sent a [special newsletter on the topic of Short-Term Rentals]. Comments and questions were to be submitted by the end of August. We received some favorable comments and a few questions. Each owner with questions or that requested more details was personally addressed by the Board.

The BOD is currently finalizing the documents that will be mailed to all property owners in the coming weeks. If there has been a change in your USPS mailing address, please notify us by email at: directors@cacaponsouthpoa.com.
We hope to see everyone at this special meeting and our Annual Property Owners Association Meeting. The discussion of the Short-Term Rentals will follow the adjournment of the Annual Meeting.

Board of Directors Seats Up for Election
Interested property owners are encouraged to serve on the Board. As a board member, you participate in quarterly meetings and decisions affecting our community. This is a working board in which members are regularly involved in particular aspects of community governance and operations.
The By-laws provide for at least a five-member elected board. There are currently two open elected board seats. Directors serve a three-year term on a staggered basis.
A link to the BOD nomination form is below. Property owners interested in serving must complete and submit a Board of Directors nomination form. These are due October 28, 2022 (at least 24 hours prior to the regular scheduled annual POA meeting time).
