Important Update: Annual and Special Meetings Announcement Dear Property Owners, We are providing a Notice of Special Meeting Cacapon South Property Owners Association and an extension of the notification date in the Board of Directors’ proposed amendment to the Covenants on short-term rentals. We hope to see everyone at this special meeting, and at our Annual Property Owners Association Meeting on October 29, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Cacapon Resort State Park Lodge in the Rumsey Room. Annual POA and Special Covenants Meetings Announced (September 16, 2022) – In August, the Board of Directors (BOD) of our Property Association sent a [special newsletter on the topic of Short-Term Rentals]. Cacapon South Deer Report (June 22, 2022) – An ad hoc group of interested residents was formed to discuss the challenges of the deer population in Cacapon South. The group met with a representative of the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources to discuss property owner concerns about the damage done in our community and potential solutions. 2021 Annual Meeting Update (September 15, 2021) – The Cacapon South Property Owners Association (POA) annual meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 6th via Zoom. Zoom access information has been distributed to all property owners via e-mail. Please contact the board at directors@cacaponsouthpoa.com if you didn’t receive it or need the information sent again. All property owners are encouraged to attend. Anticipated agenda items include the annual financial report, board report on maintenance and improvements carried
